Larry, Save your money this one is so easy to modify any treadmill.

Keith, I love this idea! I'm sure it would take some adjustment, but 1 mph is slow!

Eric, I love Tennis! I should take lessons too, when you play with me its like home run derby! LOL!

Sharon, Thats awesome! The treadmill gets soo boring I like to watch tv! :)

Suzanne, The only problem is my motion sickness. I'd be concerned that I would destroy my laptop when I got sick all over it. Thanks for the suggestion though!

You are right - it is tempting to spend time on blogging and the internet and miss out on exercise.  While this is a good idea,  I have found that going to the fitness center is not only a good way to relieve stress, increase strength and tone - but also a good opportunity to network and prospect.
