Woods View is an urban project located in a rural area. This is were the controversy lies. The 12 acre plat located near the Manchester area of Port Orchard is scheduled to be developed into 78 lots. Tuesday the ruling came down for approval. Read the article here from the Kitsap Sun.
"Woods View" - not the most appropriate name for this development. Perhaps they should consider the following instead:
"Suquamish Phase Two"
"Cheaper than Quadrant"
"Sandwiched Gardens"
"Sore Thumb Estates"
I can't get my jaw up off the floor. 78 lots on 12 acres. That's reach out and touch thy neighborville.
