Stage kitchen in Groton MA

I am working on my own Open House Kit, I have the paperwork and signage but these days some homes could use a bit of freshening up before the Open House and here are a few of the items I've pulled together. I would love any suggestions that other agents have used

.

  • Clean fluffy neutral colored bathroom and kitchen towels
  • Decorative soaps
  • Swiffer wet
  • Various plugins
  • Toilet Paper
  • A couple of differnt floral accent arrangements
  • A neutral blanket and pillows
  • A couple of fancy place settings

I would love to hear any of your ideas as well.Staged Groton MA living room

I always take wipes - pledge, windex and clorox! There are many times that I go into a home, especially vacant homes. It's also nice for quickly wiping down countertops and mirrors!

Guest signin log book, business cards, and puchase and sales agreements, (in case you get a serious buyer). Snacks of some sort for guests, plenty of signs. sented candles. Flyers of the property, These are things I take always. Thank you for the other suggestions too.

Natalie- I forgot wipes! They are a must.

Marilyn- Thank you, anything to make a house shine for a buyer in this market.

Judy- I have a great binder that was made for me with all the paperwork. I also print a handout of all the other Open Houses. Lately it just seems like the properties I've been in look like a bachelor pad and need a little help.

Christina,

Good list, The wipes are also a must.

Snacks don't seem to go over very well in our area! You would think they would in any area. How about ballons for the signs! and a Welcome Mat!

I love balloons, it's been too cold here until just recently to use them, but the Welcome mat is a great idea!
