WOW I won the GOLDEN TICKET...This came as a shock to me.  I thought it was a joke when everybody was commenting on my blog.  I am fairly new to ActiveRain and had no idea that the website was so close to such a huge milestone.  Congrats to ActiveRain and thanks for all the resources that the site opens to all of us.  

As I was explaining ActiveRain to a group of agents in our office, I opened my page to show them my most recent blog posting...and BAM....comments from everybody on having the 1,000,000th post.  Social media and social networks are definitely leading the way for future real estate success.  Please contact me and help me to get better at using this site.

I have been in real estate for a little over 2 years and really do love Charlotte, NC.  I moved here after graduating from the University of Virginia and jumped straight into a full-time career in real estate.  (What a slap in the face the first 6 months were).  I finally got my feet planted and I am now trying to learn as much about perfecting my website and learning how to get my business to grow through this social network.  Any tips that you can share with me would be appreciated.

I understand that ActiveRain has been a very successful tool for many of you.  Many of you have 10 to 40 times as many points as I do (even after my 10K point bonus).  I want to hear from you and hear your success stories. 

Again, thanks to ActiveRain for the gifts I won for being the lucky one.  It wasn't the $1,000,000 that many of you commented about but hopefully the tools this site provides me will help me to earn my first million.

Gosh, I am over whelmed with the amount of comments that I have received.  Bruce those are some great tips.  I am so new at this and have so much to learn.  Thanks for giving me some ideas on where to start.  I have been away from the computer all day and came back to 80 sum comments.  You all are amazing.

Hey Jeff, business is steady for me but I was not in Charlotte during the glory days ('01-'06) so I cannot compare it to when business was booming.  I jumped into this business at a tough time but have learned a lot along the way.  I hope this is not the wrong coast.  The Atlantic is a 3 hour drive from Charlotte but I haven't had the privilege of seeing it in about a year.  Any coast would be great at this point!

Brandon, that's awesome! I had no idea. I haven't been on AR for quite some time and I need to be! It really is a fantastic tool that we all can utilize. The trick is making the time to do just that. I Let's catch up in the office sometime soon and share ideas that might help us both. Again, CONGRATS! That is too cool.
