Hi Lynda - What a comprehensive report.  You sure know the La Habra market.  I recall there was a home on TV recently that you saw for only an instant and you know your market so well, you knew exactly which tract the home was located in.  In today's market, buyers and sellers need an experienced agent like yourself more than ever.

Hi Lynda, One of the nice things about you and many of the members that do these great up to date reports is that it gives all of us such an amazing and comprehensive working knowledge of the other markets in our local discussions. We can all speak as the authority in the local market and help the consumer understand the more global ( neighboring markets, across the country or whatever is of interest to them). Where could we have ever gleaned this amount of knowledge. Yes, we have it but I wonder how many that this thought actually occurred to.

Most of our economists don't have this much up to date information as these market reports provide on a regular basis. I was talking to a client this evening and we were talking abut other markets and I know that I must have surely surprised them with the general recall of these reports. So now instead of telling you how wonderful these reports are, I am reading more carefully and getting a quick speak about them and feeling rather empowered with the info. I hope others actually take advantage. I even thought of writing a post about this. :-)

Hi Marlene ~ Thanks so much!

William ~ Thank you and I agree. Reading the market reports of others has been really informative for me too, I'm reading about markets all over the U.S. It's helped me have a better understanding on what's going on in different locations.

Lynda, you know I'm a fan of La Habra's best realtor!  (that would be you)  I love both Marlene and William's very thoughtful comments.  You saw a house on TV for just a moment and knew where that house was?  That's someone who knows her stuff!

Lynda I hope you have been seeing improvement in your market. I know here in Mass it has gotten a lot busier mostly due to seasonal changes.
