I have a new listing (with the able assistance of my co-listing agent, Pat Petersen Robnett, of course!) at 2113 Floyd Avenue, and it's a great starter house in the Fan.  I've pulled together a photo album here, so please pop in and take a look.  I cannot figure out for the LIFE of me how to order the pictures in the order I would prefer, which would take you through the main floor of the house, front to back, then through the second floor of the house, front to back, and then out to the rear yard.  So the order is based on the date/time stamp, so they flow in the order that the photographer took the pictures. 

SO, what you end up doing is going from the front rooms back through the kitchen, out the back door, up the rear stairs, and from the back of the second floor to the front (Bedroom 3, Bedroom 2, Master Bedroom). THEN you head down the front stairs and there are a few extra pictures of some pretty details there - the stair landing, exposed brick wall and carved newel post, and a focus shot of the living room fireplace with original mantel and tiled surround.

It's not the way I'd do it, but oh, well, my technical skills are limited. [:)]
