Many people are wondering these days.  There is much to consider in home ownership.  There are closing costs and down payment and even after you purchase a home there is home maintenance costs.  Taking a hard look at the whole picture to make sure the benefits out way the costs requires a plan.  I love how the Internet now gives us the resources to figure some of the answers to the questions out.  To learn more where to find these tools visit my blog at http://www.NannetteSaunders.com .

I think it is a great time to buy because of the 8k tax credit that is available now.  :)

Nannette - This is a question we seem to hear a lot ... and the answer is never the same ... When some one asks me that question I consider it a door opener to a future buyer ... be it next week next year or years down the road. It's all about finding out what motivates them.

I can't ever remember a time in the 27 years I've been in this business, that such a wonderful opportunity to buy a home has existed.  Especially with the tax credits available.  Low prices, good inventory, low interest rates. . .What's not to love!
