I have 6 within a 2 miles radius. 3 of them I have called and I am meeting with today! My broker always says "the FSBO sign is the biggest cry for help that most homesellers can put out". Well we will see today! I have listing agreement and comps ready to roll.

Keep your eyes open. I keep a FSBO folder handy all the time. I can tell you this, there is not a FSBO that I have seen and not called. It is a nice surprise every time someones says "I would love to talk to you!"

I also called one FSBO in my neighborhood that belonged to a REALTOR with a FSBO sign. I thought we had to label as OWNER/AGENT in TN. Someone help me with this!
