I have chosen to do all that I can to help out the distressed homeowner save their home from foreclosure; I do this by listing their home for sale as a Short Sale and selling it prior to the home being foreclosed on.  I do not charge any fees up front to get the home sold as a Short Sale as I earn my commission that the homeowner's Lender agrees to pay at closing.

I have had a great rate of success in all of my Short Sales as I know what needs to be done to have the Lender approve the Short Sale.
