West Chester has been leading the charge back for the market. Since January West Chester has been in the 6's for Aborption Rate which is good. An equal market's Absorption Rate is right around 5.50-6.00. The numbers are drifting up a little which you would expect for the spring market. I update the stats of these areas and more every Monday.
