Covenants is one of the very active departments in the Lake Ridge Parks and Recreation Association. They regularly inspect the exterior of homes and the property to assure compliance with the association's covenants.
Deteriorated rake boards are one of the most common items found during their inspections. As Spring approaches many homeowners will be repainting their homes. I developed this photo to remind property owners of the need to repaint rake boards when the rest of the home is painted.
