OK folks,

I'll keep this short and sweet.  I'm looking for several new escrow agents and assistants to bring into our company.  We have several offices in the Portland Metro area (Lake O, Lloyd Center,Washington Square,Tanasbourne).  New offices coming soon too.

If you are, or know a good escrow officer that is looking for a better opportunity to grow their business or maybe you're an assistant that is ready to take on building a new desk but being held back at your current position, let me know.  I'd love to chat with you and get you in touch with the people you need to get in touch with.

It's hard to find good escrow people these days.  The people that are good, are usually a little reluctant to make the move.  I'll be the first to agree, it is a scary decision.  But, with a culture like we have at Western, and a sales/marketing team like mine, you can't go wrong.

Any Realtors or Mortgage Brokers that want to give me names of people they've had good experiences with will also be greatly appreciated.
