We really wanted to go to the big shag/bop dance last Saturday while we were there but just didn't do it.  Did you go?  Sounded FUN!

Leigh- Both my kids had Prom so I missed all the action...I want to see the NC Symphony Thurs (outdoors) and visit the Homes and Hereitage Walk. Morehead is rich with history and has preserved so many generational stories about the locals !
I intend to visit the Art Walk to look around but also want to buy one of the cookbooks  that have been put together from locals. I'll share a recipe or two later....and dont forget we gotta dual post we gotta get working on!

Gary- Morehead may not be Mayberry but it truly is a little piece of Heaven on the water!
