I use postlets on a regular basis and cut and paste the html into Craig's list for ads and syndicate through the other sites available.  They are productive and bring traffic.

I've used them for a few years now. Learned about them and VFlyers here on AR. Like Julie I use them on craigslist. But I also use them to tell my SOI about new listings. And people react well to them. I've gotten listings because I've impressed people in my SOI. Go for it1

Yes I use it to post listings...I don't like it that theyare only live for a certain amount of time, but I guess I understand, some agents would never take them down...

I've been using Postlets for a while now. I just use the free version, but I love the idea that they help with syndicating the listings we place with them, and I love using the HTML code to embed the flyer into my blogs and even CraigsList.com. A truly great product!

Pat - You can RENEW FREE postlet ads at the bottom of your gallery page by checking the box after the listing and clicking on RENEW

In my postlet listings, I make sure to put a link to my website IN the ad description so that viewers do not have to search the postlet format for my website...

Be SURE to watermark your photos BEFORE making your postlet listing so SCAMMERS don't use the listing in a SCAM !!!

I will have to give it a try. I have 11.51 acres in Dripping Springs to market. This could be a great free resource! Thanks!

Coni - Postlets is great, and it gets a lot of interested viewers in your listing.  It is easy to use, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Thanks for heads up Coni!  Do you think Canadians can upload to it? Eh?  Will give it a try.  Great remark from Wallace above about using watermarks!

Thanks Al and Peggy Cunningham

Hello Billie,

Thanks for your comments, and this is a great tool for Realtors to introduce to their clients during the listing presentation. 84 percent of all buyers use the internet to find their homes and this product is FREE...
