I developed the webiste¹ IAmRelocating.com for several reasons and with the end-user in mind. The main goal of the website is to generate Quality Leads, Quality Traffic, and additional "Linked to"² exposure for the Real Estate Agents that are members.

I am tired of all these telemarketers calling from the various lead generating companies - touting how terrific their web services are and the "so-called" quality of their leads - yada, yada, yada!

I am certain that as a real estate agent, you get these calls and are tired of them as well! I am also certain that you are tired of all the hype and misleading information that they provide. Further and most importantly, all the funds generated - helps promote their business and their website! It does nothing for you the real estate agent and your business or your website!

The fact is that they and their websites are our competition!

I developed the site (www.IAmRelocating.com) to advertise myself and other real estate agents throughout the US that are interested in promoting themselves as Relocation Specialist!

I wanted to create a website that was specific in nature and was simple to navigate.

IAmRelocating.com - is a webiste catering to assiting people that are about to relocate find a qualified real estate agent to assist them with the sale and or purchase of a home.

Additional Reason
Okay sure, I'll admit it - I would like to make money - Who doesn't?! However, the main reason for the website isn't to generate income directly from other agents.

The overall intention is to generate quality traffic to my website as well as to those agents who also wish to join.

If I was to generate just one transaction from a qualified lead every other month (either through the IAmRelocating.com website or through a link from IAmRelocating.com to my website) - that would generate more income as well as create an additional future business contact!

Example: If I have just One transaction every Two months equals Six per year. Currently, the average home price in my area is $250K and the commissions are typically 2.5% Therefore, at 2.5% per $250K transaction would be $6,250 multiplied times 6 per year equals $37,500 annually.
