There is no doubt, downtown Austin condos are worth your dollars. They are stylish, they are comfortable, they are conveniently located and they appreciate faster than any other properties in the city. But when it comes to selling off your condo unit, you have to consider certain aspects of multi-family properties that make them markedly different from their single-family counterparts. When you put your Austin condo unit in the market for sale, as a condo owner you face competitions from two sides.

Although they have seemed to put up many posts with bags and trash cans for picking up after the dogs, it seems like the residents in this complex are still too lazy to pick up after their dog. Unfortunately without an office or management for the complex, there is no consequences for those owners who fail to do their duty. Other than that, the complex is quiet and feels quite safe. I wish there was something more that could be done to fix this problem. I'm tired of having to worry about where I step because someone's dog used the bathroom on the grass or sometimes I've seen dog feces on the gravel and cement. Our neighbor had dog feces right there in front of their garage!
