Karen & Jim Frey checking in tonight. We are Loss Mitigation Consultants looking to network with Real Estate Professionals. We are concentrating our time on Florida and New Jersey homeowners facing foreclosure and expanding our real estate knowledge. Before anyone asks where our picture is, I have to find one in the box that is semi-professional looking.

Hi Jim and Karen - we are glad you are here.  If you have any questions, just ask.  Lots of great, smart, funny, helpful people here.  Welcome!

I try to help people from losing their homes also and if I can't save them I try to purchase the home from the bank myself and put the old owners in another home that has either owner financing or lease option since they can't get a bank loan.

I'm glad to see others trying to help people avoid foreclosure.

For the 50% of clients who don't qualify for Loss Mitigation, we offer Lease Options, Deed in Lieu, Short Sale, etc.  I had a client yesterday that knew she wanted a short sale when she called us.

If anyone is interested in options for their clients facing foreclosure, please join our Webinar offered on Thursday, Saturday and Tuesday.  We feel this is a great business enhancement for Agents, Brokers and Investors.

If anyone feels that they have reached a dead end with a client that needs help, please call us or have the client call us. We would be glad to take the time to help them. We handle clients in all 50 states.

As Todd said, we're glad to see others trying to help people avoid foreclosure. Karen and I had to face foreclosure over 10 years ago when i was injured in a car accident and there was no one to assist us.
