I just got an email back on a FSBO that I sent an email to asking for more details...I have two clients that the property may indeed work for so I was excited! My goal was to get the information from the seller,look at the property and see if it would indeed work, if it did I would contact my clients to discuss the property.
I just got another email back with "Never mind we are not working with any realitors"! mmm Interesting I thought....they didn't even ask what the commission was going to be...they didn't even say we won't pay you...instead they just said no stinking realitors! WOW...
Unless I missed something here...and I May have I am not perfect...the market is still pretty slow and there is very Little building going on...hence not too many people looking for land!
I am guessing that they will have this for awhile...or until the market comes back strong...or they lower their price! One or all of the above!
We don't need no realitors!!
All righty then....and I don't need clients that can't spell!!
