My New Website: "Southwest Real Estate" - Re-Invented By A Fellow Active Rainer - "Dave Keys"

Breaking free, of the mold of a "Template Website", has been something I have wanted to do for a very long time.  Template websites, such as Advanced Access are easy to manipulate and update without having to learn HTML or all of other technological stuff.  However, they are limiting and some say they inhibit "Google juice".  

I know there are many wonderful website developers here on Active Rain.  However, I wanted someone local so I could have a one on one discussion about how I wanted my site to look. 

After doing a quick search I found Dave Keys, Active Rainer right here in the Temecula area.  Dave is owner of Solutions by Dave, and is a great guy.  He is a tech savvy dude, family man, real estate blog and SEO expert, photographer, all rolled into one. 

Because Dave is extremely busy designing sites for all different kinds of professionals and companies.  You won't see him on Active Rain much.  He is in demand and I am grateful for the opportunity to have him make my website into a "Custom Site".

Dave and I sat down at my office, last January and started a plan to completely overhaul my old website. 

It is probably 90% finished but I had him transfer the servers yesterday anyway.  My new site is 200% better at 90% completion than my old site was.

He is adding some pages and fixing a couple of links, next week. 

But today......he is probably enjoying his brand new Baby Granddaughter that was just born yesterday "Congratulations Dave, you proud granddaddy".
