Tee it high and let it fly!

Time to tee-‘em up at one of the many Reno-Tahoe area fine golf courses!

Real estate blogs - in fact - are about more than selling or buying real estate.  In fact, ours is about selling you...on us!

You can use licensed real estate agents (we have some) to address your real estate needs, or you can use a National Association of Realtors "Realtor" - that is, a licensed real estate agent with advanced training (of which Terry is one).  It's really up to you.

Our position at Reno Real Estate Voice (because we buy and sell real estate, too) is pretty simple:

1. Any real estate agent or realtor you choose must be focused on your needs to the degree that you're confident your interests are best represented.

2. You must feel confident that you'll be protected from adverse elements in the real estate marketplace.

Put simply, our byline at Reno Real Estate Voice - Your interests represented and protected from adversity in the marketplace...done!

So, let's get back to golfing, and let's introduce you to the handy use of this blog.  Have you ever been to the Reno-Tahoe area?  Let me tell you, there's some fine golfing here in this high country, and we've given you a great link to the golfing world here under the Recreational Activities in our blogroll.

Click on "Reno-Tahoe Area Golfing" and begin your High Sierra golfing adventure with us at Reno Real Estate Voice.  Why not take advantage of our handy access to local golf.

If you're going to be in the area from July 30th to August 5th, you might want to look into getting tickets to the PGA's Reno-Tahoe Open http://www.renotahoeopen.com/.  It's a classy event at a stunningly beautiful private resort, Montreux http://www.golflink.com/golf-courses/golf-course.asp?course=15868

And hey, maybe you'll find me there at the Reno-Tahoe Open - I'll be the guy wearing the ArrowCreek Country Club polo (my home course).  Tee it high and let it fly!

I think golf is a great topic for a real estate blog. Many developments are built around golf courses, and many who play like to keep an eye on the real estate market. Nice to see that you cover other recreational activities as well.

Any niche is a good topic - golfing, fishing, waterfront living, condo living, urban living, suburban living - luxury property, second homes, etc.

Thanks, John -- you are right on!  Kudos for the insight.  You've got some great courses (and developments built around them) in the Henderson and Las Vegas areas...and you've got Butch Harmon!  Nice work he did with Phil Michelson...

You've reinforced our intention, Sharon -- there are a lot of very cool niche market themes.  By the way, my husband once taught at Ekerd College in your area, and we love the warm waters and long shallow shelves along the shores in Longboat Key (where we've vacationed).  You've got a great state!
