Peg, thanks for stopping by. Yes, I think this house offered a nice change from the more traditional properties in this market. I loved the space when I was working there.

Virginia - Yes, actually the seller had accepted one offer but it fell apart. Luckily the other 3 couples stepped right back up and submitted offers. The new buyers asked for a couple of things which the seller agreed to and the closing will be May 1st.
