The northern part of East Cobb has been holding up pretty well. There has been a slight downtrend in the price channel but the year over year numbers went up 18%. The number of transactions has really decrease a lot over the past two years.
Average number of days on the market spiked up to 180 and sales to original list price ratio has gone under 90%.
