The central part of East Cobb has been holding up pretty well as far as average price goes. There still isn't a definate trend. The number of homes selling have dropped dramatically.
Average number of days on the market spiked up to 163 and sales to original list price ratio has gone down to 90%.

Year over year, total transactions decreased from 47 to 22 (-53%)
Year over year, average sales price decreased from $299,229 to $274,407 (-8%)
