Sorry, I could not find a single trivia item associated with March 28^th. I did however find several! Today, in 1866 the first motorized ambulance goes into service. In 1881, the Greatest Show on Earth is formed by P T Barnum and James Bailey. In 1885, the Salvation Army is officially organized. In 1891, the first world wide weight lifting competition is held. I guess it was a popular day for "first".
