OH I'M IN TROUBLE

By
Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Olde Tyme

Well as some grandmothers do I got into trouble early on.  I posted  "I'm A Grandmother----Well Kinda."  In this post I showed a picture of my daughter's new puppy Baily.  Well my son really got on me about why didn't I post a picture of his new addition Buddy.  Oppppps!  To be fair I didn't have a picture of Buddy then, but here he is in all of his glory.

Buddy is 5 1/2 months old and weighs in at 53 lbs.  My daughter says, "Hay mom, you've been wanting to get another horse, just wait another 2 months and you can put your saddle on Buddy."

We don't know exactly what Buddy is.  Here is what several of the vets have said.  SharPei and Golden Lab, Golden Lab/Shepard, or the best yet, Who knows.  LOL  But he is smart as a whip, learns fast and wants to please.  He is high energy and I love him even though he thinks my cats are his own chew toys.

dog  If you have an idea of what Buddy is we sure would like to hear it.  I think he will top out at about 60+ pounds maybe more.

Rich,

I agree, but what is the other part.  That's what is important.  He's already over 50 lbs.  Oh boy the feed bill is going to be big! LOL Thanks for the comment!

The other breed could be Boxer maybe? That would explain the dark around the eyes

I don't thing Chow.  Threr's no black in his mouth at all.  I've seen  other dogs on TV that look just like him but they never say what the breed is.  I guess we'll just have to say he is part mystery variety. LOL Thanks for stopping by.

Rich,

I have thought Boxer.  They have such sweet dispositions.  And he sure does.  If we correct him he looks at us like "well what did I do wrong?"  Thanks for the comment and the guess. :)

We have a mystery dog and she is a smart, sweet honey child.

We need a horse group - for those that have one, had one, or just wish!

It doesn't matter anyway. The dog is adorable and the rest is not important. Besides the mix dogs are smarter and live longer.

I say Pit Bull mix.  If thats the case you couldn't ask for a sweeter dog!

It looks like he might have some Rodesian Ridgback (not sure of the spelling) in him with the markings. It really is a mute point though with that face. Gotta love it, what ever Buddy may be...

I think you're right.  In both respects.  We love him so much.

Donna

Well I though abaout that, but I've changed my mind.  I really think he is a mix of Pit and Golden Lab.  He has the personality of a Lab and the energy of both.  Golly I can't keep up with him. :)

To both of  you, thanks for stopping by and  commenting.

Yeah Roberta you can see it in the second picture.  Pits are one of my favorite dogs.  My real job is an attendant at our local county dog park.  We have all kinds of Pits come in to play with the other dogs.  Some people are horrified till they see how truely sweet they are.  Congratulations!  You have a honey there.  In case you missed it see the video I posted today, about the well loved dog.  Its very sweet.

I think he is Pit and Golden Lab.  The older he gets the more those two stand out.  Thanks for stopping by and commenting. :)
