Hermosa Beach St Patrick Parade Leprechauns, police, bagpipes,  cars, bands, planning department, girl scouts, you name it...they were there Pier Ave was the spot to be to see the best wonderful place to sit. Candy is tossed and handed to the sideline families. Our group met near Valley and Ardmore after ballet class in Redondo Beach studios.
