Good Morning Bill-

What? One tenth of a bathroom makes no sense???

Actually, in 'Agent-ese' the # to the right of the decimal point is the number of half-bathrooms. So, this house has 6 full and 1 half-bathroom.

Just a kind of shorthand - it probably started as a way to conserve space (and money!!) in print ads.

It's got to be the Fl ascent! In MI we always pronounced it 0.5 for a half bath and 0.75 if it had a shower. That's a new approach, never saw it before. o:)

I suspected a typo and just wanted to say hello!
