Arizona Termite Information
SOme great information that i had to share
After a recent Pest Inspection, my buyer and I were informed that the house that she is buying had evidence of termites. I learned through the Pest Company that the State of Arizona has a department that deals specifically with Termite Information and History.
This is the email that I received from Carefree Termite Protection, LLC.
The phone number for the Office of Pest Management is 602-255-3664.......anyone who answers the phone can help you. All you have to give them is the address of the property for which you need termite information. This is public information and anyone has the right to it.
I called this number this moring and received a fax within 5 minutes. The information included:
- Date of Inspection
- Inspection Company
- Termite Certificate Number
- Results
- Treatment Method
