Our company is all about supporting agents as much as needed without interfering with their life.  If you just want a place to hang your license without having to make a sales quota then Fowler Realty is for you.  We are a low overhead office so we can pass the savings on to our agents and their clients.  We do not make money unless you make money.

We are a laid back non-aggressive company.  Most of us have other jobs.  Our agents can work as hard as they want or not at all. 

 We work just as hard as you to sell your listings and never take anymore than 30%.

AGENT NEGOCIATED COMMISSIONS

Agent owned properties bought or sold are always $500 or 70/30 split whichever one is a lower price paid for the agent.

 Company Referrals are a 50/50 split no transaction fee.
