Showed Homes to 5 different buyers this week!!!!

I have been showing homes to a lot of buyers in the past 5 weeks. Make 6 offers. Got 3 accepted.

2 of them are buying homes that we saw the first day out.

Showed a foreclosure to a buyer today and they put in an offer.

Buyers are either coming in with pre-approvals are will made the call right from my office.

Buyers are finally realizing that;

NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY!!!!

Interest rates went down again and hope prices are at a 3-4 year low.

I have 3 appointments already for next week!

My Lawyers are giving discounts.

My Title Company is keeping cost to a minimum.

I am giving half price Home Warranties.
