Spring is typically the time that I really come alive...and, believe me, being a redhead, at least by nature, I am always alive!

This weekend the man of the house was busy in his workshop making birdhouses which he puts on pitchforks.  I know, it sounds weird but they are very popular for gardens. And, he sells them.

Okay, just picture it, a birdhouse on a pitchfork....I tried for half an hour to import the picture, but it doesn't work so we are moving on now.

At any rate, as I said, he sells them so they are new housing.  Yesterday, as I was glancing out the deck door, I see a prospective buyer.  No, not a human.  A male wren.  He was very excited, popping back and forth, peeking in the window.  And chirping away...presumably to the wife who was likely nearby.  I started to laugh, and he flew off.  Then he brought her over to check it out just a short time later.  There was no realtor bird nearby that I could see.  But, I think they're buying.  Unless he can move it quickly.

If the birds are buying, and my buyers are buying, why aren't you buying?

What a cool event to have witnessed, and it was very wise of you to realize he was checking it out before bringing "honey"  home to it.  Throughout the "rain" this morning I am hearing of buyers coming out to see more, maybe more contracts for all soon. :)

Mary, I will try to put the photo up later today.  They are the cutest things and you can move them around the garden or in a bed obviously.

Gail, I am writing offers when I'm not on AR, Facebook, Twitter or the blog.  It is a good thing.

Tina, Isn't it great.  I love the smell of the earth as it comes back to life.  You should visit in the spring!

You mean to tell me that you didn't offer to help that poor bird in his transaction.

JL - I tweet, but not like that.  However, I would have in a heartbeat, if I could have.  Perhaps I'll do an "open" there!

Suzanne, we love the birds in our yard, too!  Now, that's a unique idea, a birdhouse on a pitchfork.  Who'd a thunk it?  Will look for the pic.  Does a temper come with the red hair?

Charlie, I will try to get the picture up.  Nothing works for me on the Rain anymore.  Now, I'm not even getting points for comments made on my blog.

Yes, the red hair does come with a temper.  But, I don't blow up at anyone outside my very inner circle, and even then, not nearly often enough!!!
