I had an Open House today in St. Charles, Missouri.  There was a little bit of snow on the ground, and the temperature was a little bit chilly. 

However, I had one couple walk in about 10 minutes after the Open House started.  Then, about 30 minutes after they left, a family walked in...before I finished showing them the 1st floor, another couple walked in.

About 30 minutes after they all left, 2 more people came in...Is this a sign of things to come???

               I Hope So!!    :)
