Here is what I am offering:

I have a Properyt Management Blog that I have kind of neglected for a few months.  Even though it's been neglected, it still ranks in the top 10 for Property Management Blog on Google.  Since I have just launched our Property Management Division in Las Vegas, I will be spending more time on this blog and in order to get it going again, I am offering any Property Management Firm or Manager outside of Las Vegas an opportunity to get some free advertising.
