Brad - WOW!   That's a wonderful and comprehensive list of links.  Pretty much anything someone may want or need is right there, a click away.

I hereby Rate This Post a 5!

Brad, that's a good example of a toolbox. It's able to "fix" anything your customer has questions about, or problems with. Good work.

Great idea Brad. If I may, I would suggesting adding one more VERY important link.

InvestorLINX, an online market research site specifically designed to help real estate professionals and investors pick the best places to invest whether locally or nationwide.

We provide quarterly, monthly and more importantly weekly updates on the migration, vacancy rates, price movements and much more down to the zip code level all across the country. We provide to you the data to assist your clients with markets anywhere in the country.

We also have "host teams" in these markets to assist you and your clients through the purchase, closing and property management phases.

If you work with investors or want to, InvestorLINX is a must. Please call me to shedule a "walk thru" of the site. I'm confident you will be amazed how easy we have made it to find and select the best markets in the country!!

Good selling

Dan

Double WOW!!! Great post...........now, all I need is 24 extra hours a day! Just kidding. It seems that I am always finding wonderful posts and want to implement everything NOW. I am definitely bookmarking this. I know these are things we need to do on our website, and have thought of a few myself; however, this is the reminder that I needed. Thanks AGAIN Brad :-)

Thanks Leon, I appreciate it!  Always looking for new ideas and suggestions...hence the poll on the side over there. Not enough votes yet to really make any determination. Thanks for your comment and any future ones.

Dan - if you need NYSE stock information, you can run our symbol (FAF) and see how well our Corporation is doing. I will check out your link to your company, but this post is about my company (Big Smile)

You like how I played real dumb here? Seriously, thanks for stoppin by and dropping your info, I really will check it out. Thanks.

Teri - thanks for bookmarking this. I also need to be reminded of keeping up to date with this stuff. Maybe we can hold each other accountable. Thanks again Teri   :-)

Broker B - any friend or family of First American, is friend and family of mine.  It is a great company to work for. I started with them in 1987, and in 4 years, I'll have worked for them half my entire life. I guess I have found my home. It's not just the company, it really is the people. Cara Brown must be good and I'm glad she's taking good care of you. Should you ever need anything over here, my door is always open to you anytime. Thanks Bryant.

OMG!!  - Patty, this is one of my first few posts on AR from over a year ago.  I used to be in the title and escrow industry.  Not even sure if these links are any good or not.  I'll have to go in and see how accurate this post is anymore. Thanks for commenting and bringing this one to my attention. Have a great week. :-)

Muldowney Team - they are still a good company, even though they don't have me anymore (lol) and I'm sure you will find many of these tools still very useful (as long as they work). When I have time, I will have to update and make the necessary changes to this post.  Thanks.  :-)

Tina - hahaha!  yeah,  I'm still just a little kid in a candy shop!!  It's funny how this stuff can surface, and even funnier when it all still works.  NOTE TO SELF:  go back and see what other posts might come out of the closet at any given moment in the rain...

Thanks for the early morning smile Tina, I needed that! :-)
