West Central Cobb average prices are continuing to go down along with a decrease in the number of transactions.  

This is a large market area that goes from I-75 in Smyrna and Marietta west to the Paulding county border. One needs to be careful about using these stats to make a general evaluation for the entire area.

Sales to original list price ratio has been steadily dropping and is now around 86%.

Year over year, total transactions decreased from 94 to 72 (-23%)

Year over year, average sales price decreased from $178,538 to $147,084 (-18%)
