Real Estate Broker/Owner with Realty Works Temecula BRE No: 01233850

It's Spring in the Temecula Wine Country and there are flowers and grape vines blooming everywhere.

If you like Starry Nights, Horses, Hot Air Balloons, and Wine, then Temecula Wine Country living is for you!

I joined Twitter a couple weeks ago and I am still figuring it out, but one thing I saw on there was a comment about Temecula being boring.....Yikes, I guess if you like crowded suburban living then this would be true.

So, it is true, that the beautiful Temecula Wine Country is not for everyone but again, if you are searching for a beautiful serene place to live then this is it.

Temecula Wine Country Homes offer, five acre minimums, that keep the neighbors just far enough away for you to enjoy the quite.  And with the "Ralphs Super Center" being only 10 minutes away it really is not that far from town.

If you are commuting from San Diego then the Freeway is only approximately another five minutes!!!

There are not many

areas in Riverside

County, Orange County

or San Diego County, left

 that offer this type of

Upper Scale "Custom

Home", lifestyle on

acreage!

The great thing is that

it is still possible to

commute because

"Temecula Wine Country Homes", are only 10-15 minutes to the Freeway!

Please see our website at www.soreal.biz,  and Click on the "Temecula Custom Homes", Link, (Second Link from the Left),  to access all of the current listings here in the Temecula Wine Country!

We are experienced Real Estate Brokers offering excellent and individualized Customer Service.  If you are looking for Temecula Wine Country Homes or if you are thinking of living in the surrounding areas of Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar, Menifee, Winchester, Fallbrook, Southwest Riverside County, or North San Diego County,  please contact us for a private tour of the area.

I think Temecula would be a great place to retire with its close proximity to Palm Springs, Los Angeles, and San Diego.

The homes in this area are absolutely gorgeous but it seems relatively few lenders can do the loans that are needed.  We have strong investors for home loans to $5,000,000.  I would be happy to discuss any scenario.  Contact information is on my website, www.finding-funding.com
