Okay, so my Buyers ask me is this the bottom of the market? The only way to tell if this is the bottom of the market is when prices go up. There will be no notice, like most things it will just change. So Buyers it is okay to get preapproved, find a property that is your dream home or close to that and put in an offer. If you do not come to pricing terms where you want to be, then you can move on to the next property. Buyers, need to be realistic.
