are you Fannie, Freddie or Refinanceable?

Real Estate Agent with Jameson Sotheby's International Realty

During these trying times... refinancing has become something unattainable, for many of those who truly need it.  Many have loans with higher interest rates than they can handle, but if they could only refinance.

The government has just come out with a new plan, to try to allow many who don't qualify to refinance, to a lower interest rate, the ability to do so.  If you wonder if your clients qualify for a refinancing program... have them click here.

Additionally, many wonder if their loans are held by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, you can click here to find out.

Ok Alan, what's with the pirate look. Are you going to start hijacking the seven seas or what. I'm with Smert Smith, I don't  know what Freddie is doing, but going hold on to my fannie to.

Ahhh the Dread Pirate May!  I have a short sale that is a Fannie and the only problem is trying to convince them that they do not need to sell.  I actually try to help my short sale clients.  I do not see it as my place to just make a sale but, to actually help people.
