Disclosure And Honesty When Selling Home

As a real estate agent you need to take an active role in ensuring that each buyer has been provided accurate information about the home.  It is the real estate agent professional duty to take the proper steps to inform the buyer of the property condition.  This means, disclosing both the good and bad.   I would encourage the agent to do a role reversal.  Think back when you bought your last home, or when you were a first-time home buyer.  I am sure at that point in time, you wanted to know everything about the property that you were purchasing.  Finally, as a seller, it is necessary to be upfront and honest with your agent, this will prevent future problems.
