Competing Offers in This Market?!

I wrote about my buyers having to compete for  a house. It's hard to believe that is the case in this market but it did happen. and as a follow up - the good news is that their offer was accepted. No, they didn't offer full price but apparently the other offer was much lower. I'm happy for my buyers and in no time this young family will be settled into their new home.

Robin, I have been so surprised at the upsurge in the market lately. It seems to be most active in th 200-400 range and I wish I had more business in that range!

Buyers market, sellers market, it doesn't matter if the house is well kept and at a good price people will find it and you may have to compete for it!
