So I've changed my signature accordingly. One other great tip is create to-do lists by context in which you will do the task, for example, all phone calls I need to make get texted to my cel phone, so that when I'm sitting in traffic or running around, it's on my phone - instead of some list near my computer.

Non-computer tasks are written out old-school on paper, while computer tasks are stored on Google docs, which I've come to love for its platform independence, global accessibility, etc.

Anyway, here's my sig - hope it helps. I need to add some videos this week... an agent should have "Free Videos for Buyers... for Sellers... etc.) - a few of the most common benefits. Mortgage lenders have "Free Rates Update" "Pre-approval" etc. as a constant reminder of what you do.
