Last August, I introduced Villas by the Sea Residences in Lauderdale by the Sea on my blog and I took new pictures today. Scroll below for the new pictures and information about closed sales and available Residences.

Lauderdale by the Sea is located between Ft. Lauderdale and Pompano Beach, offers a number of Restaurants and Shops, and is located very conveniently close to Ft. Lauderdale Beach and the Las Olas area.

Construction of one of the Ocean view buildings, 4445 EL Mar Drive, is now complete. The first closed purchase recorded in Broward County Tax Records for Villas by the Sea was on October 27, 2008.  To date, Buyers are listed on Tax Records as having purchased 25 of the 45 Residences with final purchase prices ranging from $509,900 - $1,295,800.  The most recent purchase was recorded on January 12, 2009 for $574,900.  The currently available Residences range in price from the $500s - $1.2 Million and offer 4 Floorplans.

Construction of the 2-Story Oceanfront Clubhouse is also complete.  It overlooks a 600-ft. stretch of Beach and the Atlantic Ocean and includes a Fitness Center, Club Room, and Oceanfront heated Pool area. Cabanas for use of all Residents will be built in the Pool area in the near future.
