Southwest Forsyth County average home sales prices bounced a bit up off the bottom of their four year price channel. Unfortunately, the number of sales continues to drop also.

Forsyth County has become a high income area.  This might be why prices have been holding up pretty well over the past five years. 

Total days on market shot up to 189 and the sales price to original list price ratio continues to trend lower, now around 90%.

Year over year, total transactions decreased from 46 to 29 (-37%)

Year over year, average sales price increased from $283,456 to $289,035 (+2%)
