I've been in real estate for a while now and have found many ways to market my services, properties and other business. Lately, I came across a site where I can market pretty much everything that interest me all in one place.

What I came across is an on-line magazine called openzine.com. It's great for professional real estate agents, journalist, poets and pretty much anyone who have something they want to share. You can collaborate with other people and use their content on in your magazine. Although they still have rights to their content, it shows up on your pages. Therefore if they decide to change something, it will change on your page also. If they delete something it will be deleted in your page. 

This is my first issue and it was kind of quick. Since I was just beginning, it needed a little work. The good thing is you can edit it as you wish and still everyone can see all your issues. The reason I'm blagging about this on AR is because I've seen some agents with great articles which I think will go great on this media and want to see more from real estate agents.

Some of you may be more creative than I, so I know you will have some great content to share. The software is great and editing is very easy to use. This is just another social networking site where you can meet new people share ideas and create a lasting professional picture in your clients mind.

I love networking, internet marketing and meeting new people. So if you are interested take some time a see for yourself. Let me know if you have something to share and I will subscribe to it and maybe use some of your content.

Have you been able to assess the SEO (search engine optimization) of Openzine yet?

By this, I mean if people Google

+home +sale +NameOfYourCity

does your Openzine article appear on the first page of google?

If Openzine gives you that, then I will start posting short articles right away!
