If there was only one "right way"....just ONE way to interpret the law....to decide who has what rights...who gets what in this dispute, divorce...who owes who what....pays taxes on this and not that...there would be one lawyer....and there are people who would make the case...that would be a good thing....too many sharks circling the waters...the homes... chasing the ambulances.  There are lawyers that I know I will agree with most of the time.  I choose those who have specialized practice in the areas in which I may have questions or problems. No one can know everything....not one doctor, lawyer or Indian Chief....not one realtor, broker, manager....just not one.

Sometimes professional egos...of realtors, lawyers and other professionals get in the way....they express opinions and offer unrealistic options...opinions are what they are paid for....by the hour....be aware of the motivation of your HIGHEST AND BEST SOURCE !

  • Does the real estate attorney really KNOW real estate or this part of the laundry list of general practice services he/she provides and not an area of specialization ?
  • Does the bankruptcy lawyer ever recommend that folks NOT declare bankruptcy ?
  • Do you have a realtor that suggests that you don't have the money to buy the kind of house you want and now is not the time to buy ?
  • Did you talk with a realtor who told you that if you don't HAVE to sell...don't do in a market that will not reward your investment as much as if you wait until a future date ?

So, basically, what you're saying is that the United States, with about 325 million people, should have 325 milllion lawyers -- LOL.
