On another note, I may be adding another Tarheel state home stager to my Team.  She is in another part of the state but she also does FABULOUS work!  Hopefully we'll be able to collaborate on some future projects.

Nothing says "look at me" like red accents! Very nice use of color and style to show off this house. It will simply be unforgettable to buyers. I see a big red "SOLD" sign very soon!

The staging is fabulous and the photos are amazing ... love the close ups!   P.S.  Wow that front door looks like it's VERY close to the stairway .... is that an optical illusion?

Aloha Mike, as a 15 year resident of the Valley Isle (Mom still lives in Wailea and is an interior designer and Scott Dean was one of our clients) I appreciate your comments.  She is begging me to come out to shoot some of her projects and to see her 22 month-old grandson.

Andrew, those are really some beautiful home shots - very, very nice!  Do you use HDR on some?   The lighting and exposure is just so perfect!

Wish you were local, here in Colorado!  :-)
