Congratulations on putting this one under contract so quickly. Just goes to show that when priced right even the ugly ducklings will sell! Just curious, what would the land sell for if vacant/unimproved? I'm not familiar with Edmond, Oklahoma land prices.

This one went under contract 4 hours after going live and we finally got it closed yesterday, after many months of fighting with the morgage company, the IRS and the Oklahoma Tax Comission.
