5 Comments on Broker's Opens or the importance of working together as a team
Well put. We do need to work together. In the end it makes us all (and our profession) look better to the consumer.
Great post Paul. If we would take the energy that we use to point fingers instead of figuring out a solution, us and our clients would be so much better off. I never call a client with a problem but a solution. We have to check our egos at the door in this career that we have chosen.

Paul: This is a great spirit of cooperation piece. All thos mentioned ar mutually dependent upon each other for their livelyhoods. Good advice.
It's imperative to have some good contacts in other specialty areas. I consider it especially important to have a reliable lender with competitive products and a desire to serve the client's best interests.
Sounds like you're on the right track.... keep it up.

Cameron: Thanks for your thoughts. I appreciate your input. Have a great day!
Matt: Thank you. It's a lot easier to cooperate than be at loggerheads!
Shawn: I like the part about checking our ego at the door. The minute we get too big headed is the minute we're in trouble! Take care.
Renee: One thing I like about this challenging time is the true professionals are emerging. And that's good for the customer!
