Direct Lender Needed For Condos in The Queens' New York Area

I have an opportunity for a lender that is interested in the Flushing, New York market for condos with borrowers that will be putting down 20-30%.

Loans will be full doc., borrowers 650 and above, and prices within the $300 K to $900 K range. The caveat is that the occupancy of the buildings does not yet qualify them for Fannie Mae programs.

If someone is capable of this type of loan (direct lenders only), this is a huge market.
