Will the new tax change the amount you smoke?

Well the new forty cents per stick tax went into effect today.  I recently added two boxes to my humidor so I'm currently in good shape.

I know I will not smoke any less then I did in the past, I will just factor in an additional $8.00 per box.  Just wonder what effect this tax will have on less expensive cigars which go for 2-3 dollars each?

So are you going to make any changes to you smoking habit?

No, to continue not to smoke.  I do know that my 23 year old and that age love to go to a cigar store, pick over the varied choices, come back and jump in a hot tub, light up and tell stories.

Hi Richard... Since I do not smoke, I don't think that it will make much a difference to me.
